Marketing Operations Specialist (B2B, MarTech & Campaigns)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Operations Specialist to own and optimise our MarTech stack, primarily Marketo, and to drive data‑driven B2B campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, sales and content teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Marketo automation platform, including setup, management and ongoing optimisation.
• Integrate APIs and connect MarTech tools to streamline data flow, reporting and campaign execution.
• Design and run email campaigns, nurture streams and lead‑scoring models.
• Collaborate with content, creative and demand‑generation teams to deliver on‑brand, high‑impact campaigns.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
• Maintain data hygiene, segmentation and compliance within marketing databases.
• Lead adoption of new marketing technologies and ensure GDPR, CAN‑SPAM and other data‑privacy compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MarTech integrations and campaign execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing operations and automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of API integration and the MarTech ecosystem.
• Ability to independently manage and optimise marketing programmes and technology.
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, project‑management and collaboration skills.
