Technical Support Specialist

About the role

Colibrix One is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join its support team. The role focuses on Linux system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting within a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to internal teams and partners, handling system monitoring and service stability.
• Maintain and use monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Alertmanager.
• Log, analyze, and categorize incidents in Jira Service Management and escalate when necessary.
• Develop small automation tools (Python scripts, Telegram/Slack/Jira bots) and administer Linux servers (logs, access control, services, cronjobs).
• Document recurring issues in Confluence and work with REST APIs for third‑party integration.
• Participate in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in technical support, operations, or system administration.
• Strong command of the Linux CLI, logs, services, file permissions, and networking.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting systems and basic incident management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
• Willingness to work in a shift‑based environment.
