Presales Engineer (Kazakhstan)

About the role

We are looking for a Presales Engineer to join our team in Kazakhstan. The role involves providing technical pre‑sales support, understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide presales technical support, communicate with customers to capture requirements and propose targeted solutions.
• Design, build and demonstrate cloud computing or related test environments to validate feasibility and implementation plans.
• Guide project technology, coordinate technical resources for major projects and help achieve sales targets.
• Prepare customized solution documents, technical content for bids and tenders, and other related paperwork.
• Deliver technical training to relevant channels and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong presales experience with excellent learning, communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, responsible, innovative mindset.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
