Subcontracts Administration Group Leader

About the role

The Subcontracts Administration Group Leader supports the Subcontract Manager on the Silleno project in Atyrau, Kazakhstan. The role covers entering subcontractor works into the project database, checking deviations from budget values and keeping accurate accounts of works.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Subcontract Manager in verifying extra works.
• Follow the accounting of works and check that subcontractor accounts match contractual clauses and project documents and have been approved by Discipline Supervisors.
• Analyse and verify that accounting documents are properly approved and accompanied by explanatory drawings and sketches where needed.
• Collect estimated quantities to completion and prepare cost control tabulations.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in the industrial construction of large or XL gas plants, covering a similar role on at least 2-3 projects of comparable size.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience.
