Senior Recruiter – Full‑Cycle IT Hiring (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for technical and business positions at SpeedToLead, a fast‑growing SaaS company serving the US real‑estate market. The role is fully remote and focuses on building strong pipelines, sourcing passive talent, and partnering with hiring managers to meet rapid growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from intake to offer for 3‑6 concurrent vacancies.
• Source and headhunt passive candidates across technical, sales, marketing and business functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, challenge requirements when needed, and ensure a smooth interview experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and drive continuous improvement of hiring workflows.
• Collaborate with a dedicated sourcer to generate and nurture talent pipelines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle IT recruitment experience, preferably for the US market.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English (upper‑intermediate or higher).
• Ukrainian language is a plus.
