Sales Director CSM Caspian

About the role

The Sales Director for the Caspian region will lead a team of Area Sales Managers, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure profitability across the assigned geography. This senior position reports to the regional leadership and contributes to long‑term business planning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to sales teams in the assigned countries, setting and achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts, set area objectives, and monitor performance against targets.
• Coach, develop and assess team members, ensuring efficient time allocation between sales, service and administrative tasks.
• Analyse sales reports, take corrective actions, and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with global functions such as Customer Services, Production and Supply Chain to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.

Required profile

• Strong leadership experience in water‑treatment sales and marketing.
• Technical expertise in water or process treatment with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, analytically and communicate clearly in English and Russian.
• Demonstrated coaching, people‑management and negotiation abilities.
