Product Marketing Manager – CRM for Food Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (CRM) to drive growth, frequency, and retention for inDrive’s groceries and restaurant delivery services. The role sits at the intersection of product, CRM, analytics, and growth, owning end‑to‑end go‑to‑market and lifecycle strategies that turn food delivery into a habit‑forming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own CRM strategies across the full customer lifecycle.
• Lead multi‑channel communication including push notifications, in‑app banners, and WhatsApp/messaging.
• Work with Bloomreach for segmentation, dynamic content, personalization, and automated flows.
• Define and maintain product and CRM event data for funnel tracking, experimentation, and ML use cases.
• Partner with analytics to measure first‑order conversion, repeat rate, order frequency, AOV, and CRM contribution to GMV.
• Plan and execute A/B tests and scale successful mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Local Marketing teams to adapt strategies for multiple markets.

Required profile

• 4–7+ years of experience in product marketing, CRM, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
• Background in food delivery, groceries, e‑commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Proven track record of increasing frequency and retention, not just acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnels, cohorts, and uplift analysis.
