Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are scaling our paid acquisition engine for a fast‑growing suite of financial products. As a Performance Marketing Manager you will own the end‑to‑end user acquisition process, from channel selection and campaign launch to creative production and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Run paid acquisition campaigns for our products across Meta, TikTok, Google and other high‑volume channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team to generate concepts, maintain a creative backlog and produce assets that drive scale.
• Own the full growth loop: decide which channels, creatives and funnels to scale, launch experiments, and be accountable for results.
• Work closely with product, web/SEO and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution across all streams.
• Maintain a structured experiment tracking system to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, ideally in fintech, banking or digital consumer services.
• Proven track record running and optimizing campaigns on Meta as the primary channel, with experience on Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads or similar platforms.
• Experience promoting mobile apps, including web‑to‑app (W2A) acquisition models.
• Strong analytical mindset: formulate hypotheses, ship variants, draw data‑driven conclusions.
• Fluent English (B2) and familiarity with the Philippine market is a plus.
