Global Social Media Manager

About the role

Exely seeks a senior Global Social Media Manager to strengthen its international presence and turn expertise, product capabilities, and customer stories into valuable content for hospitality professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Own global LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram channels – plan, create and publish engaging English‑language content.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success and industry experts to translate complex topics into clear, useful stories.
• Manage the editorial calendar, coordinate designers and video creators, and drive content from brief to publication.
• Support regional colleagues by adapting campaigns, sharing best practices and promoting local success stories globally.
• Develop the HotelTech Club community through expert content, discussions and collaboration with Country Leaders.
• Analyze performance data, experiment with formats and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or social content, including English‑language B2B projects.
• Excellent English (C1) and native‑level Russian, with ability to write and edit high‑quality content in both languages.
• Hands‑on experience managing corporate LinkedIn pages and creating content for professional audiences.
• Proven ability to translate complex products and technical features into clear business benefits.
• Experience coordinating content production with multiple stakeholders.
