About the role

The company seeks an experienced professional to lead the Contract Management Department on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecycle, from pre‑award strategy development to post‑award performance monitoring, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop contract strategies, tender documentation, and price request materials before award.
• Manage contracts after award, monitor contractor performance, costs, and contractual obligations.
• Resolve claims, disputes, and non‑conformities; handle contract changes, amendments, and closures.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, safety standards, and business ethics.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, audit, occupational safety, local content, and project teams.
• Lead and mentor the contract management team, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, law, economics, finance, commerce or business administration.
• Preferable master’s degree or MBA.
• MCIPS Level 6 qualification or equivalent certification.
• 9–11 years of experience in oil and gas exploration/production projects, both on‑shore and offshore.
• 9–11 years of procurement and supply‑chain management experience before and after contract award.
• Proven track record managing complex contract packages exceeding USD 150 million.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, KPI reporting, and supplier management.
• English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher.
