Mobile User Acquisition Specialist – Freelance (20-30 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile User Acquisition Specialist to lead data‑driven growth initiatives for our mobile app on a project‑based, freelance basis. You will own the full lifecycle of paid acquisition, from strategy to execution, while optimizing key performance metrics and ensuring a strong return on investment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and scale user acquisition campaigns across Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, and in‑app networks.
• Analyze and improve app unit economics, focusing on LTV, CAC, and retention.
• Allocate and manage UA budgets autonomously to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and run A/B testing frameworks for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce high‑converting creative assets.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, generate performance insights, and work with data analysts for deep‑dive research.
• Track market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with external agencies, providing strategic guidance and evaluating deliverables.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience optimizing app unit economics and managing paid acquisition budgets.
• Proven track record delivering results on Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Strong knowledge of mobile attribution tools, especially AppsFlyer and iOS SKAdNetwork (SKAN).
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) or higher; Russian is a plus.
