About the role

Hilti is looking for a proactive Sales Manager to drive the sales of construction electrical equipment across an assigned territory. You will work directly with clients, demonstrate solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the sales plan for construction electrical equipment through active, direct selling.
• Consult customers on technical and commercial aspects of the product range.
• Demonstrate equipment and train users on proper application.
• Monitor payment, delivery, and after‑sales service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate with clients at various management and production levels.
• Identify and attract new customers to expand the market footprint.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably technical.
• Minimum 2 years of successful direct equipment sales experience; experience in the construction segment is a plus.
• Proven ability to negotiate with stakeholders at different levels and deliver presentations.
• Strong analytical skills for data collection, analysis, planning and reporting.
• Confident user of MS Office, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Valid Category B driving licence and regular driving experience.
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian; English is an advantage.
