Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to drive our HR strategy, develop talent, and enhance employee engagement across the organization. The role will work closely with business leaders to align people initiatives with our commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR programs that foster a high‑performance culture.
• Lead workforce planning, analyse HR KPIs, labour costs and support annual budgeting.
• Partner with leaders on recruitment, succession planning and talent reviews for key positions.
• Manage performance and talent review processes, identify high‑potential employees and support their development.
• Drive learning and development initiatives to build leadership capabilities.
• Analyse turnover trends, identify root causes and implement retention strategies.
• Coach managers, gather employee feedback and champion initiatives that improve employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably in an international, retail, HoReCa or FMCG environment.
• Proven track record partnering with business leaders and delivering strategic HR support.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret HR metrics and workforce data.
• Experience leading organisational change and HR projects.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
