HR Specialist (HRA)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist (HRA) to join TMF Group’s Almaty office. The role involves providing comprehensive HR administration services to our clients, ensuring compliance with Kazakh labour legislation and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients to manage HR documentation, including hiring, termination, transfers, vacations, and related reporting.
• Maintain personnel files, employee cards, time‑sheet records, and employment books.
• Prepare and submit HR reports, vacation schedules, and staff rosters.
• Track working time and labour costs for client projects.
• Coordinate with courier services and handle military accounting.
• Use HR software (1C) and MS Office for daily tasks.
• Visit client offices as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or related functions.
• Experience in an outsourcing environment; good English is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan labour law.
• High computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office.
• Energetic, flexible, proactive with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
