About the role

The restaurant "Plato" is launching in the Medeu Park resort and seeks an active HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR activities for a staff of about 150 people.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete personnel documentation using 1C ZUP and the enbek.kz portal.
• Prepare HR paperwork and reports in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for restaurant positions.
• Coordinate HR and corporate matters with all hotel departments.
• Support employee events and maintain orderly documentation.
• Drive automation and systematic improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Passion for working with people.
• Hands‑on experience in HR administration and recruitment.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to multitask.
• Fluent oral and written Russian and Kazakh.
• Previous experience in restaurants or HoReCa.

Required skills

• Proficient use of 1C ZUP.
• Knowledge of the Kazakh Labor Code.
