HR Administrator

About the role

Higgsfield AI is seeking an HR Administrator to manage the full spectrum of HR documentation and administrative processes for its Almaty office. You will ensure compliance with Kazakhstan labour regulations while supporting a fast‑growing, high‑intensity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and maintain employment contracts, amendments, internal orders, policies, leave records, and other statutory documents in line with the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Run onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including contract preparation, document verification, and required regulatory registrations.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS data for all employees.
• Track and administer vacations, sick leaves, business trips and other absences, ensuring proper documentation.
• Support international employee relocations by handling employment formalities, permits, and coordination with migration service providers.
• Prepare reports for local authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and internal reviews by providing well‑organized records.
• Collaborate with the HR team, accounting, and external advisors to keep daily HR administration fully compliant.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in HR administration within Kazakhstan and solid knowledge of the local Labour Code.
• Proven ability to prepare and maintain employment contracts, orders, personnel files, and statutory HR records in full legal compliance.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work quickly without reminders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast‑changing, high‑intensity environment.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee information.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Russian and Kazakh.

Required skills

• HRIS (human resources information system) usage and data management.
• Familiarity with 1C:ЗУП or similar payroll/HR software.
