Hospitality Software IT Specialist

About the role

Join HRS’s global service delivery team as a Hospitality Software IT Specialist. You will implement, install, and support a wide portfolio of hospitality‑focused IT products, helping hotels and related businesses adopt digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure software solutions for the spa and hospitality sector.
• Provide telephonic, remote, and onsite technical support for HRS products.
• Log and update support tickets in the internal call‑logging system.
• Research, isolate, and resolve technical issues, documenting root causes and mitigation steps.
• Assist with occasional implementations, testing, and documentation of new releases.
• Test and troubleshoot new software versions before release.
• Prioritise and manage multiple support cases of varying severity.
• Coordinate support cases with third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• IT background with solid knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with programming languages (any).
• Experience installing software and operating systems.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional night shifts.
• Technical support experience for logistics information systems.
• Experience installing 1C software.
• Open‑minded, eager to learn inventory management and IT concepts.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
