AI Solutions Engineer (Python & Architecture)

About the role

EPAM is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer with strong Python and architecture expertise to drive technical enablement initiatives across Kazakhstan. You will design and deliver hands‑on bootcamps, workshops, and reusable assets that accelerate developer adoption of SAP's Golden Path Agentic AI framework.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate technical bootcamps and hands‑on enablement sessions for developers.
• Build demos, labs, and reusable assets that focus on code‑first learning.
• Design workflows, automations, and solution bundles that improve adoption and enablement outcomes.
• Bridge the gap between AI agent development and production deployment.
• Support consultation efforts and self‑paced learning offerings.
• Travel to client sites as needed to deliver onsite sessions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years working with LangGraph and MLflow.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python, especially backend development.
• Experience with Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent‑to‑Agent (A2A) concepts.
• Strong background in AI engineering and technical storytelling.
• Comfortable facilitating hands‑on workshops and bootcamps.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
