Cluster PMO - Large-Scale Transformation

About the role

PwC is hiring a Cluster PMO professional in Almaty, Kazakhstan, for a full-time, 2-year project. The role sets up and maintains the programme management framework that coordinates and controls delivery of a large-scale transformation within the Cluster, linking local delivery with the regional programme management framework. It is not an administrative project support role.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Cluster programme governance framework in line with regional standards, define governance forums and reporting cycles, and prepare and follow up governance meetings
• Maintain an integrated Cluster programme plan aligned with the Regional master plan, coordinating inputs from workstreams and experts and tracking milestones, dependencies and deviations
• Run the Cluster RAID framework for risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, escalating material items through governance channels
• Consolidate workstream updates into an integrated programme view, prepare status reports and give leadership concise, evidence-based information
• Act as the main interface between the Cluster and Regional PMO, cascading standards, templates and reporting expectations locally
• Coordinate workstream milestones and dependencies, maintain action and decision logs, and keep programme artefacts current and accessible
• Monitor delivery against milestones and commitments, identify emerging risks and support programme reviews and escalations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, technology or a related discipline
• Recognised programme or project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) is an advantage
• Proven experience in a PMO, programme management or transformation delivery role in a complex, multi-workstream environment
• Written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across functions, territories or matrix organisations without formal authority

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams preferred
