Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Platinumlist, a ticketing provider serving events across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and other countries, is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter. You will act as a partner to engineering teams, helping them build strong tech teams across various countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions: run intake meetings with engineering managers, define role requirements and candidate profiles, source and screen, coordinate technical interviews and test assignments, present offers and support candidates until their start date.
• Sourcing passive candidates proactively.
• Run initial technical screening: assess stack, hands-on experience, seniority level and motivation.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams, including live coding, system design, take-home assignments and final interviews.
• Deliver a great candidate experience: explain the role, team and tech stack, give timely feedback and keep candidates engaged from first contact to onboarding.
• Keep the ATS and candidate database accurate and up to date, and report hiring funnel metrics.
• Research the tech talent market (salary benchmarks, competitor hiring activity, availability by location and stack) and share insights with hiring managers.
• Help improve and automate recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in technical / IT recruitment.
• Solid understanding of software development roles, tech stacks and seniority levels.
• Proven experience hiring engineers for product companies or tech teams.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with engineering managers and tech leads.
• Results-oriented, comfortable with several open roles at once, committed to self-development and keeping up with tech trends.

Required skills

• Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other technical sourcing tools.
• Competency-based interviewing and assessing candidate motivation.
• ATS experience and careful pipeline management.
