About the role

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Head of Recruitment to lead its Almaty hiring engine, supporting rapid growth across research, engineering, product, creative, and go‑to‑market teams. You will shape the hiring strategy, build scalable processes, and turn recruiting into a strategic advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction, priorities, and standards for the Almaty recruiting team, balancing capacity with business needs.
• Design and implement an end‑to‑end hiring operating system, establishing Ashby as the single source of truth and introducing structured scorecards and interview standards.
• Own recruiting reporting and forecasting, providing live visibility into pipeline health, bottlenecks, and hiring velocity.
• Partner with executives, hiring managers, People, Finance, and Legal on talent strategy, compensation, and onboarding readiness.
• Ensure a clear, fast, and professional candidate experience and collaborate with employer brand and events teams to generate measurable pipeline.

Required profile

• 3+ years leading recruiting teams or recruiting operations in a high‑growth technology environment.
• Proven track record scaling hiring, building processes, reporting, and team rituals from scratch.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Russian.

Required skills

• Deep ATS expertise, preferably Ashby.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience building recruiting metrics and dashboards.
• Experience with recruiting automation and AI‑powered sourcing tools.
