About the role
Join Philip Morris International as a Retail Development Specialist focused on partner retail locations. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring high service standards, and supporting the commercial performance of partner stores.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train and develop store personnel.
- Monitor client service quality and commercial KPIs.
- Oversee merchandising, inventory levels and promotional activities.
Required profile
- Higher or secondary specialized education.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales.
- Ability to work with KPI metrics and sales analysis.
- Leadership abilities and a valid category B driving licence.
