About the role
You will manage the end‑to‑end key accounts of Roche Diagnostics across the Central Asia region, ensuring strong stakeholder and customer engagement while driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement account and portfolio strategies, identify business opportunities, and expand the client base across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Mongolia.
- Report on financial performance, monitor KPIs, manage the opportunity pipeline, and ensure profitability of the assigned accounts.
Required profile
- Degree in Medicine, Biology, Chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/diagnostics industry and in a key‑account or market development role.
Required skills
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market data and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
