Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) engineer to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of our IAM/IGA solutions. The role combines hands‑on engineering with analytical responsibilities, supporting Zero‑Trust initiatives and ensuring compliance with standards such as SOX, GDPR and ISO 27001.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage IAM/IGA/PAM platforms, including SailPoint and other vendor solutions.
• Build and fine‑tune connectors and scripts to integrate identity data sources such as HR and ITSM systems.
• Manage Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes and automate provisioning/de‑provisioning via APIs, SCIM or middleware.
• Configure access reviews, certification campaigns and enforce policy across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Collaborate with IT support, infrastructure, HR and system owners to align IAM processes with security standards.
• Support Zero‑Trust implementation and develop robust RBAC/ABAC models.
• Investigate IAM‑related incidents and maintain audit readiness for SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Document IAM architecture, processes and controls.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in IAM, PAM or information security.
• Senior‑level professional who works autonomously and can own end‑to‑end solutions.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors.

• SailPoint, Okta, One Identity, Teleport, Boundary, CyberArk.
• Google Workspace, GCP IAM, AWS IAM, Jira Cloud.
• IAM protocols: SAML, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
• RBAC, ABAC, Zero‑Trust, least‑privilege and JIT provisioning concepts.
• Python, PowerShell, Java, REST APIs.
• Git and IAM process automation.
