Android Engineer

About the role

Join indrive’s Intercity team, building passenger and driver apps that power intercity rides and parcel delivery across 35+ countries. As an Android Engineer you will help shape the mobile experience for millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features for passenger and driver Android client applications.
• Integrate geolocation, maps and real‑time order status functionalities.
• Run A/B experiments, manage feature flags and implement analytics events.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests and co‑design solutions with backend and iOS engineers.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code and Copilot as part of an AI‑First development approach.

Required profile

• 3+ years of commercial Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Coroutines, Flow, MVVM/MVI patterns and dependency injection (Dagger/Hilt).
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Nice‑to‑have experience with maps services (Google Maps, 2GIS) and anti‑fraud solutions (Play Integrity, fake GPS protection).
