AI Solution Consultant

About the role

EPAM is seeking an AI Solution Consultant to lead technical enablement programs, bootcamps, and workshops that accelerate developer adoption of SAP's Golden Path Agentic AI framework. The role combines hands‑on coding, demo creation, and workflow automation to drive AI adoption across CPIT.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interactive technical bootcamps and enablement sessions, focusing on code‑driven learning.
• Develop demos, labs, and reusable materials for training purposes.
• Create workflows, automations, and solution packages that improve adoption rates.
• Connect AI agent development processes with production deployment.
• Provide consultation support and self‑directed learning resources.
• Travel on‑site when required to conduct sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years working with LangGraph and MLflow.
• Mid‑to‑senior level Python expertise, including backend development.
• Moderate experience with Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent‑to‑Agent (A2A) concepts.
• Proficiency with AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cline, and GitHub Copilot.
• Strong communication and technical storytelling abilities.
• B2‑level English proficiency or higher.
• Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies quickly.
