Sales support / CRM analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support / CRM Analyst to help our international consumer‑goods partner turn data into actionable insights. The role combines data analysis, CRM maintenance and business‑intelligence reporting to support the Retail Sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, clean, transform and visualize data to support business decision‑making.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, metrics, dashboards and analytical tools; ensure data quality and governance.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer and POS data in Salesforce CRM, prepare CRM reports and support the Retail Sales team.
• Consolidate and provide APO forecasts for Retail channels (Showroom, DIY, E‑commerce).
• Collect, analyze and report sell‑out data via Cislink; manage relationships with external service providers.
• Plan and deliver BI projects, including data integration initiatives with distributors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, CRM or sales support, preferably in an international company.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
