Media Network Manager

About the role

The Media Network Manager leads the creation, programming and distribution of content across owned and partner channels, driving audience growth and engagement. You will shape the country’s media strategy and work closely with Brand, Sports and Culture Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a year‑round engagement plan that delivers surprising, relevant content to target audiences.
• Identify and activate story opportunities from the market, collaborating with Sports, Culture and Brand teams.
• Create and curate “beyond the ordinary” content for owned platforms (redbull.com, Red Bull TV) and third‑party channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).
• Monitor digital trends, ensure the team stays ahead of the curve, and adapt storytelling and platform usage accordingly.
• Align local media activities with Red Bull’s global audience and media approach, including events, opinion leaders and athlete/artist projects.
• Design innovative media network plans that leverage the strengths of each partner platform for programming, distribution and activation.

Required profile

• Senior media professional with an extensive network in the market.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Media, Communications or Strategy within media‑led companies.
• Proven track record leading teams and projects that successfully grow audiences.
• Strong creative and operational background with strategic thinking on audience engagement.
• Ability to spot year‑round stories with high media potential and set authentic content strategies in sports, culture and entertainment.
• Deep understanding of platform strengths, consumer behavior and the ability to educate the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership and presentation skills.
