Expert Marketing Manager, CEE Export Markets East

About the role

Haleon is seeking an Expert Marketing Manager for Central and Eastern European Export Markets East to lead expert engagement across Central Asia, Mongolia, the Caucasus and Belarus. The role focuses on building healthcare professional advocacy and driving omnichannel transformation for OTC and Oral Health Care categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement expert engagement strategy supporting omnichannel transformation and increasing expert advocacy.
• Lead expert marketing activities across OTC and Oral Health Care, aligning business objectives with local market needs.
• Drive healthcare professional engagement through detailing, scientific content, digital communication and advocacy initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and collaborate with Consumer Marketing, Sales, Medical, Compliance and IT teams.
• Build relationships with healthcare organisations, professionals and key opinion leaders to support brand recommendation.
• Manage expert marketing budget and monitor performance, providing regular updates on business objectives.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in expert marketing, professional relations, scientific content, sales force effectiveness or digital marketing.
• Experience leading teams and delivering results in consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
• Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of Kazakh or Uzbek is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of field‑force management, expert engagement strategies and omnichannel marketing.
• Experience with digital tools and systems supporting expert engagement and customer experience.
• Ability to translate scientific and product information into effective engagement activities.
• Experience in segmentation, targeting, organisational optimisation and performance management.
