Organic Growth Manager

About the role

Higgsfield AI is scaling the fastest in generative AI and needs an Organic Growth Manager to own the zero‑media‑spend channels that drive discovery through search, AI assistants and the broader content ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Map visibility across Google and large language models, identifying high‑value queries and gaps.
• Shape the online information about Higgsfield by collaborating with content, product and external partners.
• Connect visibility, citations, traffic, sign‑ups and revenue, building lightweight automation to reduce manual work.
• Continuously test new sources, formats and tools as retrieval engines evolve.

Required profile

• Demonstrated measurable impact on a growth metric with clear ownership.
• Data‑driven decision making and ability to explain choices.
• Technical curiosity and experience building or automating processes.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and high ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets, APIs and scripting/automation tools.
• Understanding of LLM retrieval, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and technical SEO.
• Experience analyzing search and AI‑assistant data.
