About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures timely delivery and upkeep of surface equipment, supporting operational demands while driving improvements in maintenance efficiency and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on industrial OEM mechanical equipment such as trucks and units.
- Execute assigned maintenance tasks following the reliability‑centered maintenance strategy and the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Record materials, labor, and equipment performance data in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, improve asset utilization, and lower cost of service delivery.
- Support failure investigations and implement planned repair and part‑reuse projects.
Required profile
- Experience with industrial mechanical equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with reliability‑centered maintenance concepts.
- Ability to follow standard work procedures and document activities accurately.
