Maintenance Technician – Equipment Maintenance & Reliability

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures timely delivery and upkeep of surface equipment, supporting operational demands while driving improvements in maintenance efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on industrial OEM mechanical equipment such as trucks and units.
• Execute assigned maintenance tasks following the reliability‑centered maintenance strategy and the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Record materials, labor, and equipment performance data in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, improve asset utilization, and lower cost of service delivery.
• Support failure investigations and implement planned repair and part‑reuse projects.

Required profile

• Experience with industrial mechanical equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with reliability‑centered maintenance concepts.
• Ability to follow standard work procedures and document activities accurately.
