IT Administrator – Corporate IT Support

About the role

We are seeking an IT Administrator to keep our corporate IT environment running smoothly. You will ensure reliable day‑to‑day operations, deliver a seamless user experience, and manage end‑user systems and SaaS platforms across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user technical support via the ticketing system, maintaining high service quality.
• Administer corporate SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Miro, Jira, and other internal tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and VPN issues, performing root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Manage user identity and access lifecycle, including provisioning, modification, revocation, and validation of access requests.
• Perform technical diagnostics using system logs, terminal, and OS‑level tools to resolve complex problems.
• Administer and maintain macOS and Windows workstations, ensuring stable and secure endpoints.
• Prepare, deploy, maintain, and recover end‑user devices throughout their lifecycle while keeping an accurate IT asset inventory.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and IAM teams to continuously improve services, processes, and system reliability.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Process‑improvement mindset with experience optimizing IT support workflows.
• Strong analytical abilities to conduct root‑cause analysis and create documentation.

Required skills

• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, basic routing and switching.
• Administration of macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with terminal/command‑line tools.
• Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Slack, Jira, and Miro.
• MDM administration (Jamf or similar).
