Agile Coach

About the role

The Agile Coach helps teams and clusters improve performance, quality and predictability, implements company frameworks, enhances processes and culture, leads change initiatives and facilitates key team events. The role sits within the PMO area.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run a continuous improvement system for teams and clusters covering delivery and discovery performance, quality, predictability, engagement and team maturity (throughput, lead time, cycle time, quality signals, discovery-to-delivery flow)
• Partner with Engineering and Product Heads of Clusters to turn data and observations into measurable outcomes across the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery to rollout
• Enable collaboration between PMs, engineers and stakeholders, supporting alignment, decision-making and a healthy delivery cadence
• Help teams adapt and apply company frameworks such as ways of working and governance
• Improve internal processes and culture through experimentation, feedback loops, transparency and accountability
• Facilitate cluster-level events such as workshops, kick-offs, retrospectives, planning and alignment sessions
• Lead change initiatives end-to-end: identify opportunities, shape proposals, align stakeholders, drive adoption and embed changes in daily practice

Required profile

• 3-6 years in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery or Program management, or a similar role in product or tech environments
• Hands-on experience in product development with engineering and product teams, not just theory
• Able to work independently, identifying problems, structuring ambiguity and driving solutions
• Excellent communication: facilitation, stakeholder management and clear written updates
• Technical background is a plus; engineering, analytics or systems thinking is a plus

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and when to use each
• Jira/Confluence (Atlassian), Miro, Google Docs/Sheets and related tracking and reporting tools
• Proficiency with AI tooling is a plus (analysis, documentation, facilitation prep, automation)
