Sales Specialist – Smart Infrastructure Buildings

About the role

Siemens Kazakhstan is seeking a Sales Specialist for its Smart Infrastructure Buildings (SI B) unit in Astana. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers select and implement fire safety, building management, and access control solutions that meet their operational and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sustainable revenue growth for the SI B portfolio by identifying opportunities and delivering value to customers.
• Collaborate closely with sales and business teams to align on targets, maintain pipeline transparency, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Provide structured market feedback to domain management and business units based on customer insights.
• Act as a technical and commercial advisor, positioning solutions such as fire alarm, voice evacuation, BMS, access control, intrusion alarm, and dispatching systems.
• Support deal execution by delivering critical insights throughout the sales lifecycle.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in an international environment.
• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in Russian and English (pre‑intermediate or higher).

Required skills

• Knowledge of fire alarm and voice evacuation systems.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Understanding of access control and intrusion alarm technologies.
• Experience with dispatching systems.
