Sales & Operations Lead – Industrial Solutions

About the role

Solenis is seeking a Sales & Operations Lead for its Industrial Solutions business in Kazakhstan. The role combines commercial leadership with operational oversight to drive profitable growth, strengthen the brand, and ensure delivery of the territory’s revenue and profit plan.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Kazakhstan’s growth strategy aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Lead annual business planning, revenue forecasting and growth initiatives.
• Build and develop a high‑performing commercial organization focused on accountability and results.
• Represent Solenis in Kazakhstan, enhancing brand presence and customer relationships.
• Identify new market opportunities, industry sectors and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and contingency plans to meet business‑plan targets.
• Conduct Account Sustainability Audits to retain customers and protect market share.
• Apply Customer Value Advantage methodologies to document customer value and support pricing.
• Expand business within existing accounts and secure new growth opportunities.
• Lead, coach and motivate the commercial team, establishing robust forecasting, target‑setting and performance‑management processes.
• Drive corrective actions and development plans to address performance gaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales and operations functions in a B2B environment.
• Ability to develop people, invest in skill‑set development and manage district‑level personnel.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and profit targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to represent the company at senior levels.
