Head of Irrigation & Large Projects – Central Asia

About the role

Drive business growth in the irrigation sector and large‑scale water infrastructure projects across Central Asia, Greece and Israel. Develop strategic partnerships, manage key accounts and ensure successful project execution to meet revenue and market‑share objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in irrigation, municipal, agricultural and industrial water projects.
• Achieve sales targets for irrigation systems, pumps and related solutions, preparing proposals, quotations and negotiating contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
• Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, EPC contractors, consultants and distributors.
• Develop and execute regional business development plans aligned with company objectives.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates and market intelligence reports.

Required profile

• University or college degree in a technical or engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with mechanical or rotary equipment in the water segment.
• Strong knowledge of water/wastewater pumping and treatment processes.
• Fluent in Russian and English with a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM or equivalent.
