Sales Manager – Golf Club

About the role

We are seeking an active, highly communicative and results‑oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities at our Golf Club.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs, acquiring new VIP, corporate and private clients.
• Promote and sell club memberships, golf packages and corporate services.
• Develop B2B and corporate membership segments and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Prepare commercial proposals and manage the full sales cycle.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations and maintain long‑term relationships with members and corporate accounts.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and attract sponsors for tournaments and events.
• Sell and coordinate corporate events, golf tournaments and private events.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and report on sales performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with mandatory experience in a golf or sports club.
• Proven B2B sales, corporate client acquisition and partnership development.
• Experience negotiating with senior executives, corporate decision‑makers and VIP clients.
• Upper‑Intermediate English and fluency in Russian and Kazakh.

Required skills

• Confident user of CRM systems.
• Proficient with MS Office.
