Sales & Business Development Manager – Central Asia

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth across Kazakhstan and the wider Central Asian region. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and delivering revenue targets in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies.
• Identify, pursue and secure new projects in construction, infrastructure, commercial and government markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, architects and key stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations and tender submissions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in regional roles.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
• Experience handling large‑scale projects, tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to work independently across multiple countries and markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
