Sales & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Central Asia Sales & Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across Kazakhstan and the wider Central Asian region. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, develop regional partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies across Central Asia.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities within construction, infrastructure, commercial, and government sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, architects, and key stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract award.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales within construction, infrastructure, building technologies, elevators & escalators, or electromechanical systems.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and travel across the Central Asian region.
