About the role

Syngenta Crop Protection is seeking a customer‑focused Loyalty and Services Manager to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of loyalty programmes in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day service management to enhance customer retention and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and continuously improve loyalty programmes aimed at increasing customer lifetime value.
• Oversee daily operations of the service department, establishing performance standards aligned with organisational goals.
• Analyse customer data, feedback and programme metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead, train and mentor the service team to ensure consistently high service quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular reports on programme effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve escalated customer issues professionally to maintain positive relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations to align loyalty initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Adapt loyalty offers to different customer segments and market dynamics while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in project management.
• Deep understanding of loyalty programme design, incentive campaigns and service delivery.
• Experience developing and executing loyalty and retention programmes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with data collection, processing, analysis and quality control.
