Marketing & Growth Lead – Central Asia

About the role

We are looking for a world‑class Marketing & Growth Lead to join our Central Asia Growth team. You will own acquisition and retention projects for Glovo’s key products in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, working end‑to‑end with international and local stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local acquisition and retention initiatives from ideation to execution, collaborating with Media, PM, CRM, Loyalty, Pricing, Q‑commerce and Commercial teams.
• Design and coordinate local activity plans and growth strategies, adapting the global playbook through a test‑and‑learn approach.
• Serve as the country point of contact, building consensus among internal and external partners.
• Track and report key growth metrics, providing visibility to the Head of Growth, Marketing and HQ stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation of local marketing campaigns that reinforce brand standards across all channels.
• Coach and supervise a Junior Growth Analyst and share best‑practice success stories with regional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in growth, marketing or brand/product management, handling high‑growth, complex business challenges.
• Strong consumer insight, business acumen and end‑to‑end project‑management skills with great attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning data insights into actionable growth tactics.
• Hands‑on attitude and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of paid, owned and earned media channels (online and offline).
• Familiarity with budget management and KPI tracking.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Looker or SQL (a plus).
• Fluent English.
