Lead Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to partner with development, security, quality and operations teams. You will drive reliability, scalability and efficiency of our cloud‑based services while championing AI‑enabled platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement SRE practices and define reliability targets.
• Design, deliver and maintain cloud solutions on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application incidents promptly.
• Implement and evolve monitoring systems to ensure service health.
• Guide the adoption of generative AI, autonomous agents and AIOps to improve operations.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to engineering and management stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on SRE or related experience.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and SRE practices such as SLO/SLI, error budgets, post‑mortems, capacity planning and incident management.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure) are a plus.

Required skills

• Python or comparable scripting/programming language.
• Monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.
• Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• AI/ML operational knowledge, including GenAI, AI agents, AIOps, LLM deployment and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
