Welder – Production

About the role

Alstom is looking for a skilled Welder to join its production team in Astana. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the workshop manager, contributing to the manufacturing of high‑quality railway components.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture and release of quality welded products.
• Follow the technological preparation plan for welding operations.
• Meet scheduled deadlines and production volumes.
• Adhere to occupational safety and health regulations.
• Maintain strict welding parameters and procedures.
• Prepare and keep required documentation such as work orders.

Required profile

• Secondary or secondary‑specialized education.
• Valid welding certificate.
• Experience operating semi‑automatic welding equipment.
• Understanding of quality requirements for welded joints.
