About the role

The company seeks a qualified Internal Auditor to ensure the reliability of financial and managerial reporting, safeguard assets, and support effective financial control across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial and managerial reports and assess data reliability.
• Prepare and approve the audit work plan and audit budget.
• Conduct regional audits, including scheduled and unscheduled inventories of inventory and fixed assets.
• Monitor execution of the company’s budget and verify asset preservation and access to financial information.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions in the accounting system.
• Analyze receivables and payables and control settlements with counterparties.
• Provide recommendations to reduce financial risks and correct identified violations.
• Participate in developing internal financial regulations, instructions, and procedures.
• Prepare the company for external audits and advise management on audit and financial control matters.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics.
• Additional professional training in audit or accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or audit.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and financial analysis methods.
• Understanding of document flow and financial control principles.
• Familiarity with Kazakhstan legislation on accounting and audit.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and high responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of 1C accounting software.
