Territory Manager – Power Generation

About the role

The Territory Manager will lead and manage channel partner relationships to market the FG Wilson brand, products, and services across the CIS region, driving both new sales and aftermarket service growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the FG Wilson diesel genset business in the CIS region, covering new sales and aftermarket services.
• Identify and acquire new customers, and support the development of distribution channels.
• Collaborate closely with EPC and engineering consulting firms to secure early project engagement.
• Organize and participate in industrial workshops, conferences and trade fairs in coordination with the FG Wilson head office.
• Oversee preparation and negotiation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Successfully completed an engineering or business degree or related field.
• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian and business‑level English (minimum B2/C1).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory.
• Proven track record in territory sales management, preferably in diesel genset or industrial equipment sales.

• Knowledge of the diesel genset market and power generation industry.
• Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
