B&I Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven B&I Sales Executive to join our Building & Infrastructure team in Astana. The role focuses on driving business growth, developing new client relationships, and achieving sales targets across a broad portfolio of services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve annual sales targets for Building & Infrastructure services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, EPC companies, government entities, investors, and industrial clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and project award.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender responses in line with client requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams to develop customized service solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain and update the CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities in Kazakhstan.
• Participate in client meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote Bureau Veritas services.
