Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical Recruiting

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech) you will own full‑cycle technical recruiting for Salmon's engineering teams, handling high‑volume hiring for software engineers, QA, mobile developers, and system analysts while building a sustainable sourcing infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple technical positions simultaneously, ensuring pipeline quality and speed.
• Partner directly with engineering hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate standards, and make swift hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain sourcing coverage across LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, Stack Overflow, and other platforms where technical talent is active.
• Source, screen, and advance candidates for software engineering, QA, mobile, and systems roles.
• Run structured interviews and coordinate assessment steps from first contact through offer.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and pipeline tracking in Ashby, keeping stages up to date and candidates informed.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research to inform sourcing strategy.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication, timely feedback, and transparent processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting experience focused on technical roles such as software engineers, QA, or mobile developers.
• Proven sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Telegram, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles in parallel without losing pipeline visibility.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for daily screening and communication.
• Experience working in a startup, technology‑driven company, or international environment.
