HR Manager – Kazakhstan

About the role

Bunge is looking for an HR Manager to support its growing operations in Kazakhstan. The role acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that enable business success, organizational effectiveness and a high‑performance culture within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in strategic planning discussions and workforce design initiatives.
• Support and facilitate organizational change, cultural shifts, and transformation programs.
• Develop hiring plans, succession strategies, and skills development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Coach managers on employee development, engagement, performance and behavioral matters.
• Promote a high‑performance, values‑driven culture across the organization.
• Partner with business leaders to improve team effectiveness, communication and talent development.
• Collaborate closely with global and regional Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver impactful people solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar HR position.
• Experience working in an international or multinational environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Understanding of talent management, employee engagement, succession planning and leadership development.
• International mindset and ability to work across different cultures and functions.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and capable of balancing strategic and operational priorities.
