About the role

The Moscow Technological Institute is seeking a Senior Specialist to support its students throughout their academic journey. You will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring timely communication, smooth administrative processes, and a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Remind students of important deadlines and outstanding obligations via phone, messengers, email, and chat.
• Organise and moderate additional preparation sessions for final assessments, including registration, chat moderation, and distribution of schedules and materials.
• Verify student eligibility for final examinations.
• Handle documentation tasks such as collecting statements and forwarding student work to the dean’s office for verification.
• Maintain a high standard of service at every stage of student interaction.

Required profile

• Proficient use of a PC and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Clear and logical oral and written communication skills.
• Energetic, empathetic, and confident demeanor.
• Motivation to work and earn; ambition and activity are welcomed.
• Previous experience in education (tutor or curator) is a plus.
